RAJEEV WASSAN is the Legal Head of the firm and is very instrumental on the onset and growth of the firm. He Graduated law and has been in practice since 10 Years. He has worked in all areas of law in his career of practice beginning from Company Law, Contract law, Labor laws, Environmental Laws, Agricultural Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, Constitutional issues, banking to Arbitration, , Debt Recovery Appellant Tribunal to High Court. He has acted in a number of significant international and domestic disputes and arbitration involving high stakes. Rakesh has worked with Yes Bank on their advisory mandates with the Ministries of Agriculture and Commerce and provided legal assistance to Handled matters relating to diverse fields including Criminal, negotiable instrument, matrimonial laws, arbitration, and civil law. Drafting, Vetting of Criminal complaints, Liaison etc.

Mr AMIT KUMAR SHARMA is the supervising partner of the litigation division. He specializes in Civil Litigation including Sales Tax, Customs Act, Excise Act, Labour Laws, Insurance and Recovery Laws. He represents clients before various Courts, judicial and semi judicial forums beginning from Debt Recovery Tribunal. He is also engaged in providing legal opinions on issues relating to Contract Act, Labour Laws, Property Laws, Company Law, Commercial Laws, Recovery Laws, Securitization etc to our clients. He is also involved in preparation and vetting of agreements, settlement proposals, and schemes for and on behalf of our clients. His area of work also includes liasioning with Recovery Officers, Official Liquidators, Revenue Authorities, Court Auctioneers, Receivers and other Government Authorities.

Mr AJEET PANDEY has been in practice for last five years. He specializes in civil and commercial law and in his career of five years, he has dealt with number of matters involving complex issues relating to Labour Laws, Excise Laws, Sales Tax Law, Environmental Laws, Consumer Protection Law, Companies Act, Property law etc. He has developed an expertise in providing prompt and speedy solution to the clients to suit their requirements and needs. Ms. DOLLY GOSWAMI graduated in law and specializes in Intellectual Property Rights and Contract Law. In his career of five years he has dealt with number of matters involving complex issues relating to Patent Laws, Trade Mark, Copyrights, Consumer Protection and Contract Act He is also involved in drafting and vetting of international agreements and agreements relating to mergers and joint ventures.
